He began his career at Recruit Administration Co., Ltd. (now Recruit Co., Ltd.), where he was responsible for group-wide corporate operations. He then took part in launching a joint venture between Recruit and CyberAgent. In 2019, he joined ABEJA, Inc., working in corporate planning and overall corporate management. In April 2021, he joined SHE Inc., and since October 2022 he has held his current position, overseeing corporate planning and all corporate functions.
