Is a seasoned tech entrepreneur and global ecosystem builder with a proven track record of connecting innovators across continents. As the founder of Manabu Hubs, he has created a vibrant tech community and incubator with over 20,000 members, fostering cross-border collaboration and knowledge exchange. He has successfully launched and grown digital hubs and Startup Collectives in over five cities across Japan, Australia, and Taiwan, with the Fukuoka Startup Collective serving as the headquarters (HQ).
Pablo's strategic partnerships are key to his impact. He recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Hualien County Government, Taiwan and Hualien Cloud Hubs to establish the Hualien Startup Collective. This new initiative will connect international founders, digital nomads, and global innovation with the city, building a robust digital hub in Taiwan.
His expertise in startup soft-landing, and business expansion is further demonstrated through his advisory roles in South Korea and as the former role as City Coordinator for JDNA in Fukuoka.
