Born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1976. After graduating from Fukuoka Prefectural Sawara High School, moved to Tokyo and began working in the food and beverage industry. During this time, also organized theater productions and performed live club music. Returned to Fukuoka in 1998 to join the family construction business. In 2001, transitioned into a career as a programmer. In 2004, founded Nulab Inc. in Fukuoka and assumed the role of CEO.
