Amanda Yeh is a Project Manager at the Taipei Computer Association (TCA), where she oversees Startup Terrace Kaohsiung, the southern base of Taiwan’s national innovation hub guided by the Small and Medium Enterprise and Startup Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs. In this role, she is responsible for program management and evaluation, resource integration, business development and cross-border collaboration, positioning herself as a connector linking startups with corporates, investors, and governments across Japan, ASEAN, and beyond. 
She leverages TCA’s extensive networks and international platforms such as COMPUTEX, InnoVEX, and the Smart City Summit & Expo to create global opportunities for startups. Her work has advanced co-creation in smart manufacturing, maritime technology, health-tech, green energy, and AIoT. 
Prior to this role, she led the marketing team of the Taipei Smart City Project Management Office, delivering and promoting more than 300 urban open innovation PoCs, and executed Chinese Taipei’s projects under the APEC Health Working Group. With this breadth of experience, Amanda specializes in building cross-border ecosystems and facilitating international cooperation.
