Mrs. Kim has nearly 20 years of experience in both private and public sectors. She holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Master's in Public Management from Solvay Brussels School. After working in finance and digital marketing in Singapore, she joined Vietnam’s Ministry of Planning and Investment (now Ministry of Finance) in 2010.
She specializes in public management, including business registration, support, budget allocation, and macroeconomic forecasting. In 2018, she contributed to drafting Vietnam’s Industrial Revolution 4.0 Strategy, which led to the creation of the National Innovation Center (NIC). As a founding member, she has led major events like the Vietnam Venture Summit and Innovation Expo. Since 2021, she has served as Head of Ecosystem Development at NIC.
NIC, established by Prime Minister’s Decision in 2019, aims to foster innovation, support startups, and drive Vietnam’s economic transformation.
